OceanR. TASK Client Spotlight.

OceanR supports companies around the world to achieve their sustainability objectives – from reducing their carbon footprint and encouraging responsible consumption practices to sustainable innovation with new products and services. They achieve this by designing custom apparel and product ranges for organisations that live active lives on or near the water – with small volume production, using sustainable materials such as recycled polyester from reclaimed ocean waste, ethically produced organic cotton, and a closed loop supply chain.

About OCEANR

OceanR are a diverse group of highly skilled people, who have come together from all over the world to help make a positive change to our oceans. Through their sustainable products and services, they hope to inspire and enable others to live more eco-conscious lives.

OceanR offset all of their carbon emissions from product shipments, global operations, and corporate travel through planting trees with Plant-for-the-Planet. They also work with various brands and strategic non for profit partners to encourage education, training and employment, which will deliver sustainable activities such as fishing, healthy sports and leisure and also contribute to long term marine conservation projects.

Working with TASK

We have worked with OceanR over the past number of months to support their Founder, Tom & assist with various projects that the business has been working on. We have assisted with travel & diary management, administration and other ad hoc projects.

Being able to adapt to the needs of their growing business has allowed Tom the ability to focus on the bigger picture without having to worry about travel, appointments & administration.

OceanR recently partnered with Suzuki as part of their Kilo for the Planet campaign. This is part of OceanR’s mission to support companies around the world to achieve their sustainability objectives.

Plans for the future

OceanR has big plans for the future. With various initiatives currently in motion, the team are working extremely hard to make as positive an impact on the planet as possible.

They have recently started a video series to document their projects & a behind the scenes insight into the incredible work that they do.
