Recipe of the week. Crispy Chilli Chicken

 

This Crispy Chilli Chicken is the perfect dinner for those busy weeks as you can prepare more & it keeps in the fridge. Perfect.

Ingredients

  • 300g of diced chicken breast

  • 25g Cornflour

  • Paprika, Salt & Pepper

  • 35ml Light Soy Sauce

  • 30g Light Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 15g Sriracha (can be replaced for low sugar ketchup)

  • TSPN garlic purée

  • 10g Honey

  • 100g Jasmine or other rice

Method

  • Add corn flour & paprika to a freezer bag and add your diced chicken

  • Add this all to a pan

  • Add chilli & peppers and whatever other veggies you like to the pan

  • Set to the side when cooked

For the sauce

  • Add dark soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, honey & sriracha sauce to a pan

  • Add a little bit of garlic puree

Add back your chicken & veggies. Serve with rice.
