Recipe of the week. Crispy Chilli Chicken
This Crispy Chilli Chicken is the perfect dinner for those busy weeks as you can prepare more & it keeps in the fridge. Perfect.
Ingredients
300g of diced chicken breast
25g Cornflour
Paprika, Salt & Pepper
35ml Light Soy Sauce
30g Light Sweet Chilli Sauce
15g Sriracha (can be replaced for low sugar ketchup)
TSPN garlic purée
10g Honey
100g Jasmine or other rice
Method
Add corn flour & paprika to a freezer bag and add your diced chicken
Add this all to a pan
Add chilli & peppers and whatever other veggies you like to the pan
Set to the side when cooked
For the sauce
Add dark soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, honey & sriracha sauce to a pan
Add a little bit of garlic puree
Add back your chicken & veggies. Serve with rice.
