Get into the festivities with this perfect Christmas Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough
150g sliced turkey breast
1 tsp cranberry sauce
30g brie
Rocket
Method
Simply build the sambo with the cranberry sauce on one side of the sourdough and butter on the other side. Add turkey, rocket and brie.
Heat a pan and add a little bit of butter.
Place the sambo in and cook for 2-3 mins each side in the butter until crispy.
Serve with a hot cuppa, some Xmas tunes and enjoy!
