5 Brunch Spots for you to try in Cork this weekend

Cork has no shortage of amazing brunch & coffee spots, with new ones opening up all the time. Here are 5 of our favourite spots for brunch that you can try out this weekend.

Good for the Soul, Ballincollig

Good for the Soul cafe, located in Ballincollig serve up delicious brunch & lunch from 8.30am - 4pm at the weekends. The interiors of the cafe are cozy & welcoming and they have a great menu with plenty of options. They also have lots of treats & local products just inside the door, so it’s a great spot for a grab and go coffee and treat as well. We recommend booking a table on their website as it gets very busy at the weekends!

The Pavilion, Ballygarvan

The Pavilion in Ballygarvan is one of our favourite brunch spots outside the city. Located in a gorgeous garden centre, The Glasshouse Restaurant is a stunning spot for brunch with amazing interiors & a menu with season and locally sourced ingredients.

Proby’s Kitchen

Proby’s Kitchen is a newer spot on the Cork brunch scene & has quickly become a favourite of ours. This cafe & restaurant is led by Marianne & Denis from Cafe Gusto & Liberty Grill and Pat Browne from Ballymaloe Cookery School. Their brunch menu is delicious, we would recommend trying the Ricotta Pancakes when you go, they are amazing!

Lea’s at the Glucksman

Lea’s at the Glucksman is our go-to spot for a girls brunch in Cork City. Their gorgeous interiors & delicious menu makes it a spot we are constantly going back to. Lea’s serve up simple, contemporary & quirky dishes that reflect the unique setting of their venue in UCC’s art gallery.

Paperboys

Paperboys Cafe & Garden, located in the Triskel Arts Centre, serve up all day brunch from 10am - 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. They do monthly specials where they collaborate with other Cork businesses to create delicious sambos, as well as serving the brunch classics like avocado toast & their outdoor garden is a great brunch spot on the warmer days.
