Social & Content Lead

About the role:

  • Manage the creation of content & develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for clients across relevant platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to manage content creation timelines, client requests, and project deliverables.

  • Manage the content creation team & their workflows to ensure the timely delivery of projects and client requirements.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cross-functional support for client initiatives.

  • Work with the business development team to align social media efforts with broader marketing, sales, and growth objectives.

  • Regularly track and analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media, content and projects.

  • Use data to continuously optimise content strategies, content quality, and engagement tactics.

  • Ensure all content and social media messaging adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the client’s digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Content Creation or Social Media role.

  • Demonstrate success within previous content creation & social media projects.

  • Demonstrate excellent management & communication skills to work with the team & with clients.

  • Show a proactive attitude and the ability to think creatively and strategically in an entrepreneurial environment.
